your error is here : Anibal_LinuxCNC.hal:70: Pin 'bldc.0.rawcounts' does not exist

are you using brushless motors ? , this is looking for an input pin which does not exist in your hal file this shows the error as line 70 in your hal file
the pin needs defining before it is used here .

sorry I have not used brushless motors as yet , so perhaps AndyPugh or another moderator can step in and advise further ..

Look like a pncconf bug or user error with incorrect pncconf options set
(why is the BLDC stuff there at all? certainly makes no sense with a 7I77)

What driver do you have for the motor?

The BLDC component only make sense with
certain drivers and usually makes no sense if you
are using the 7I77

The BLDC component make no sense for these drives, so the question is why is it there?

OK I will comment it out and see if it stops giving me the “LinuxCNC Terminated with an Error” message.

Just commenting out the line is unlikely to be the full solution.

You may need to go back to PNCConf and get it to create a normal servo config. The bldc component is only needed in cases where the motor commutation happens inside LinuxCNC.That pretty much means only with the Mesa 8i20 and 7i39 drives.

You were correct, the problem was solved immediately after deselecting "Use Brushless Motor Control" (see screen shots)

THANKS ALL
