I am even not getting power at servo output. I have just checked with multimeter and it shows slight bump and then 0.00

What do you mean by "Servo output"?

Can you paste a pin list? (with LinuxCNC running, open a terminal window and type "halcmd show all" then copy the resulting output, and paste here.

TB2 connector's VFIELD (any of four) connector needs to be powered by additional 8-32V power supply ?
Then when W1 is in default left hand position, VIN is connected to VFIELD.

Yes, and Yes.

That's what I thought. The 7i77 doesn't have any "Power" outputs. It does not drive servo motors, you need servo drives.

I meant servo enable power. My drive needs 12v input for servo enable. and 7i77 provides power for servo enable. So it can do it as well if I supply the power to VFIELD.

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure servo enable acts as a switch.
You need to apply power to it - its not supplied by the field power.
and you need to watch the polarity.
