OK so a looking at (pdf) page 39, is CR2 (servo power contactor) on? If you have Estop or other faults this may be off

I looked tonight and the E-Stop button was pushed in, so I pulled it out and tried to power on the drive again, nothing changed. I measured voltage on U1, U2, V1, V2 where CR2 says it connects to the 3TRM2, those terminals had no voltage on them. I traced the wires back to what I think is CR2 and there seems to be some issue here. I get power on one side of this device, but not on the other, plus there are two small wires connected to it like some sort of control. If I push the relay in, the power distributes down to the U1, U2, V1, V2, but gives me no ready lights or anything.

I added a picture of what I think CR2 is, I followed the wires from U1,U2,V1,V2 here. It is the black device. There is power on the right side and nothing on the left, unless you push the middle of it in. This attachment is hidden for guests. Please log in or register to see it.

cr2 is a power contactor relay ,the small wires you see are infact the coil of the relay , i'd check any estop circuits or limit switches , guards etc , open doors .
have you found a full wiring diagram as yet ?

I'll look into the E-Stop circuits tonight, I think page 40 has it.

I haven't found a full schematic on the 3TRM2 yet.
