Unfortunately the docs are correct but confusing to read... the correction is on the list, thanks for finding the confusion. And my mistake in linking 2.5 docs which support P0 for the current coordinate system. I guess I'm excited about 2.5 fixing to hit the streets and tend to wander over to those docs...

Ok. I tried P1 and got no error using Mach3 Sim. But The work peice was not turned 90 degz. I will try in in LinuxCNC tonight. THanks John.

You might not see it. I only saw it in the EMC2 sim because the right-arrow started moving the Y axis on-screen
I should have remembered to try 45 degrees, then all arrow keys ought to move both axes…

THe P1 did the trick. It doesn't work in Mach3 Sim but you were right Andy it does work just fine in LinuxCNC. You see John, I knew if you read the man you would be able to do it! Thanks guys, Carl
