Тоже мучился некоторое время с периодически проскакивающими большими задержками. Материнка Gigabyte G41. Не помогало ни установка отдельной видеокарты, ни настройки в BIOS ни выделения под реалтайм отдельного ядра процессора.
Неожиданно все решилось заменой на процессор с большим объемом кэш памяти. (был Е2160, поменял на E5200).
Встроенное или отдельное видео - результат неизменный.
