Hi,
i've got problem with such program:

redexit.pl/upload/male.zip

There a lot of curves, installed 2.6.1 and and my machine don't works smooth.

Didn't tested on 2.5 but it looks like problem with trajectory planner.

Gcode generated on CamBam.

Thanks, i've already read.
So do you suggest using trajectory planner ?

As you see, cambam generate many small curves from dxf.
When i've starded cutting was shaky, slow and for sure not smooth.

Cut Speed 350mm/min (about 6mm/s)
My acceleration in stepconf is set to 350mm2/s

Hi, problem almost solved.
Used G64 P0.01 and it's way much more smooth.

Will w8 for new release with new trajectory planner.

Typical acceleration values are 10 - 20 times maximum velocity.

Look at arc-fitting in CamBam, it will try to convert short line segment curves to arcs, which will help.

There is a similar option in the 3D profiling operations:
