I am looking for. Ini files and configuration values for this machine.

you do not give details of your changes , or the type of toolchanger fitted , but some information is here of one particular type

wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Contri...oolchanger_component

using stepconf is not difficult at this stage , to produce a config . if you can list your pinout or show connections or breakout board we can help
but details are needed on your setup

also which version of linuxcnc are you using etc

I've just change the electronic control of the stepper, and put an Arduino to manage the different stepper motor and the variator drive spindle control.

show the different pin in and out parallel port below:

output:

1 PWM axe X
2 direction axe X
3 PWM axe Z
4 Direction axe Z
6 change tool +1
14 PWM spindle motor
16 spindle clockwise
17 spindle counterclockwise

intput

10 Info tool changed
11 Info Tool N°1 ( 6 positions possible)
12 Limit X
13 Limit Y
15 speed spindle (100 pulse / rotation)

For the step conf, I need to find the mechanical part :

Steps / rotation
microsteps
ratio gear
screw mm/rev

I have seen the linf you send, but the process for this toolchanger is to use 4 sensors ... I don't have it.

Look at the other components, the first does not use any sensors, because the toolchanger I wrote it for did not have any, just a pawl, rotate past and lock back.
wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Contri...oolchanger_component

If you just have a sensor for tool 1 position, you can use a similar strategy to that I used in the Triac toolchanger
wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Contri...oolchanger_component

Or a combination of the 2, or something different!

OK, to start with just get your axes working and figure out some way to move the ATC.
You can make it the A axis if it is stepper powered or connect via a relay to a suitable PSU if it is a motor.

Next you need to find out exactly how the ATC works.
How it rotates, how it locks, how it detects positions.

Once you have that info, an existing component can probably be adapted quite easily.

I must say I was under the impression that it had grayscale sensors like the 120.
BadGerman just adapted my 3 scale component for the Orac by adding another scale to the truth table to arrive at the EmcoTurn 120 / Compact 6 component

first, I need to find some technical data sheet from Emco about this lathe, like what is the ratio between the step motor and the X and Z axes screw, how many step have this motor spet, how many microstep, and for one rev of motor step how many milimeters axes X and Z move. After I'll work for the changer tool.

If bought a compact5 cnc yust 3 days ago, from the hardware side it seems, both machines use the same parts, only the mechanical parts are different. In my machine they use Stepper motors with 5°/step 72step/rev. hat give a feed of 0,0138mm/step.
On this site you can download some documents for Emco machines.
