Hi

...............everytime if i will drive the maschine the program say i am out of the z-zone

This is quite common.

Either you have not got your soft limits set properly in your inii file
[AXIS_2]
..
MAX_LIMIT = 0.5
MIN_LIMIT= -100 (where 100mm is the extent of travel of the quill from home position)

or

Simply you have not touched off.

Because it is a new config, your var file will not have any figures in it for G54 etc, so they will be 0 the same as the machine position at homing

When you try to run a file that shows any elevation of the Z axis above 0 , it will error because it sees that you are at the max extent of your limits at 0 and cannot go any higher

Simply touching off at the workpiece and setting G54 to Z0 will cure that

regards
