Error when tool change requested

Error when tool change requested was created by RayJr
I am getting "Need tool prepared -Txx- for toolchange" error after I change the tool & hit OK.
This is the third tool used in the program, and is tool #4 in the tool table. I don't have a clue why this has started occurring.
I do no have an automatic tool changer, so the program brings the quill up, then open a dialog box opens requesting the tool change, I then change the tool & hit enter.
Then the program continues, except for tool #4. I have checked the tool table with gedit and see nothing wrong with the entry for tool 4. it is an 11/64ths (.1719) end mill.
This is on Lucid, and version 2.5.3
