First, sorry for my bad english, i'm from Brazil, i need install LinuxCNC on a Cubieboard, but this developer board have no paralel out, exists some form to make this out to serial form?

I see you have posted on the MachineKit site, you probably need to wait for your answers there.

There is no serial port output option with linuxcnc, it works on parport, ppmc card or fpga cards.

There is also no ARM option, it runs on x86 computers (with some caveats that would just complicate to go into)

MachineKit runs on ARM, on boards which also do not natively have parallel ports.
There is a cape available for that, albeit I don't know if they use it or output direct from pins
