What does the latency test say? (It is in the CNC menu)

That looks OK. But did you do as it says and "abuse the computer"? You probably want to at least run glxgears for a while and browse the web a bit.
Also, how long did you run the test for? You should run it for about 20 minutes.

One thing you should look for is a glitch every 64 seconds or so.
