What about on the drivers that I can manually switch between 400-51200

In stepconf wizard basic machine information, should I change anything there.

Taking the X-axis. In Stepconf set the motor to 200 steps per rev, and the micro stepping to suit what the drives are set to.
For simplicity, set the pulleys to both the same size, for example 10:10.
For the lead screw pitch use 130.
That should be right.

To start out I would set the micro stepping jumper to 2. See section 7.1 of your manual or here. Then set micro stepping to 2 in the stepconf and the rest Andy has pointed out for you.

I've tried, x and y axis running very slow and choppy. z axis running smoothly but slowly what should I change.

Did you verify that a move of 1mm or 10mm actually moves the commanded distance? This will verify you have the scale for each axis set correctly.

How did you move the axis? Jog key? Rapid move in the MDI tab?

distance does not fit when I test in the axis test. I am moving axis, with the jog key.
