I found that bobcadcam puts four numbers after the f speed , so I changed that but didnt help. From what I have been reading the codes seems to look ok.

Attach the G-code to a message and we can have a look at it?

I dont know how to put line numbers in, when I go to settings and check line number it wont put line numbers in.

Yes, no need for N-style line numbers in EMC2. The Axis G-code window puts its own numbers in the display anyway.
