Users
Use these methods for help setting up and using LinuxCNC , and for general cnc topics.
- The primary means of contact is to join the users mailing list, hosted at Sourceforge. (there are also archives and older archives)
- The other preferred way to contact us, is on IRC (channel #linuxcnc on irc.freenode.net), (either use your own client and information how to use the network, or try a webbased client). There is also an archive of the discussions that take place on #linuxcnc.
- The LinuxCNC Support Forum is a user maintained place to discuss LinuxCNC.
- The LinuxCNC Wiki site contains a wealth of user contributed information about LinuxCNC and CNC
Developers
Use these methods to contribute to the development of LinuxCNC , including documentation, translation, new drivers and components.

- The other preferred way to contact us, is on IRC (channel #linuxcnc-devel on irc.freenode.net), (either use your own client and information how to use the network, or try our embedded java client). There is also an archive of the discussions that take place on #linuxcnc-devel.
- Bug Reports and Feature Requests are handled by the Source Forge Tracking System.
Board
If you want to address the Board of Directors about a governance issue, you can do that by sending email to the board mailing list.
