emc2 (TESTING-2006-02-19) testing; urgency=low

  * enable the Mxxx commands
  * install M101 executable
  * update and install halcmd man page
  * fix minor build problem on BDI systems (related to sudo/PWD)
  * add new VTI hal driver
  * process rtapi.conf with configure, instead of generating it with make
  * restrict allowable module extensions in emc_module_helper
  * remove some interpreter debug output.
  * build this deb with new version format that matches emc's version
