emc2 (2.0.0-alpha21) testing; urgency=low

  * Security enhancement: halcmd now loads modules using 
    emc_module_helper, so it no longer needs to be setuid root.
  * many enhancements to pickconfig
  * add version numbering support, for display on axis and tkemc's
    help/about screens
  * clean up some debug output
