emc2_2.2.5 Release

A fresh bugfix release (2.2.5) - (Changelog).
You can get it: as a source package from sourceforge , from CVS , or as a precompiled package which works on Ubuntu as described here.

emc2.2.2 Ubuntu LiveCD

The EMC2 team now has a brand new custom Live-CD (EU mirror) based on Ubuntu 6.06 with emc 2.2.2 included, that will let you try out EMC2 before installing, and it's also the easiest way to install Ubuntu and EMC2 together. (more)

Users

The primary means of contact is to join the users mailing list, hosted at Sourceforge. (there are also archives and older archives)
The other preferred way to contact us, is on IRC (channel #emc on irc.freenode.net), (either use your own client and information how to use the network, or try our embedded java client). There is also an archive of the discussions that take place on #emc.

Developers
